SparrowSure, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”). The Policy describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose Personal Data about you when you download, register with, or use the “SparrowSure” application (the “Application”) and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This Policy applies only to information we collect:- When you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use the Application.
- In communications, including email, text, chat, and other electronic messages, conducted through the Application.
- Through the content and information you elect to provide us as part of your Application profile.

- Us through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party, including our affiliates and subsidiaries, that does not link to this Policy.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we treat it. By downloading, registering with, or using the Application, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after we make changes as described herein is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates. Definitions

Children’s and Minors’ Data
Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from, children under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under eighteen (18) years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and other information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may also disclose Personal Data that we collect or you provide, as described with more particularity within in this Policy:- To our subsidiaries and affiliates who may help us deliver our Services to you.

The Company shall respond to requests without undue delay, but in all cases within forty-five (45) days of receipt of a verified request. The response period may be extended once by fifteen (15) additional days when reasonably necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, so long as the Company informs you of said extension within the initial forty-five (45) day response period together with the reason for the extension.If the Company declines to take action regarding the requests, the Company shall inform you of their decision without undue delay, but in all cases and at the latest within forty-five (45) days of receipt of verified requests, of the justification for declining to take action. The Company’s response shall include instructions for how to appeal the decision.Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time, and we will provide notice of any such changes to the Policy as required by law.
