If you need us to delete your data, send an email to support@sparrowsure.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we'll get in touch with you to process that request.
You will need to use the email address associated with your account.
Please be aware that there are limitations on the data we can delete. Data such as (but not limited to) inspection records, issued certificates, or evaluation results cannot be deleted, and the user record associated with your account will be retained for your organization's records. For more information on our deletion process, please see our privacy policy.
If you are requesting us to delete data on behalf of your organization (e.g. your organization is ending/suspending its use of SparrowSure), please contact your Customer Success Manager.
