Clint Bowen
 Principal Founder & CEO

A former Marine and 13-year veteran in equipment rental and workplace safety, Clint has been developing the vision for SparrowSure for quite some time. The lack of software for regulatory compliance, certificate tracking, and safety process management in construction, mining, and general industry challenged him to pursue a solution.

As captain on the bridge, he drives the focus of our business, builds new relationships, and champions SparrowSure to America's industry.

Chris Kemmann
Co-founder & CPO

With nearly 10 years of experience as a controls engineer in industrial manufacturing, he has lived the realities of safety in the American factory and understands well the dangers our workforce is exposed to. Together, Clint and Chris began laying the ground work for what has become SparrowSure today.

Our first officer, he applies his work and design experience to build SparrowSure's core from UI to database and manages our feature roadmap.

Lars Kemmann
Fractional CTO

A wealth of knowledge in a vast span of software disciplines, Lars brings over 25 years of experience to bear as SparrowSure's top-level technical consultant. As an expert in Azure, Microsoft Cloud, software architecture, systems engineering, and artificial intelligence, his depth of insights are vital for our team.
